Ray Orzechowski is an owner of Bailey’s Appliance & Air and a 15-year HVAC industry veteran.

Among Ray’s important duties is coordination of the weekly education programs for his staff. Ray is a South Georgia Technical College and Augusta Technical College alumnus and holds Georgia and South Carolina conditioned air licenses, with an EPA universal technician certification. Ray is also a member of the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia, the Better Business Bureau, Service Roundtable and the local chamber of commerce.

Married with three boys, Ray enjoys hunting, fishing, the great outdoors, and coaching soccer at his local recreation center.

JR Wilson is an owner of Bailey’s Appliance & Air and has been serving the HVAC industry for 17 years.

JR is an Augusta Technical College alumnus and holds an EPA universal technician certification. He’s also a member of the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia, the Better Business Bureau, Service Roundtable and the local chamber of commerce.

Aside from JR’s love for classic cars, he would do anything in the world for his four wonderful children who still want to “hang with dad.”
